Review: Contacted Steve who called to give me an estimate which I accepted. He said that it would be Friday before the work could be done. I asked him to give me a ring if he was delayed for any reason. Five days have now passed without any word from him, despite me leaving numerous messages on both his landline and mobile, plus two emails. He has really let me down, as I had to rearrange an important trip to Norfolk. Obviously he has no regard or respect for people, and his customer service just doesn't exist. He is the last person I would wish to do business with, having proved to be totally unreliable !!

Review: Don’t use them. Very unprofessional. I applied for and received an order from council to trim trees (conservation area). Mad about trees gave me a quote, took away my order (to add another tree to it). They lost the order (which I had paid for). They said they’d sort it, but I then spent 2 years trying to get them to resolve this. Never happened despite me contacting them many times. Rubbish.

Review: Stephen quoted when he said he would, did an amazing job exactly when he said he would and from a massive tree, the only debris was a couple of leaves on the drive - would definitely recommend

Review: No idea if they do a good job or not however whilst walking dog down private road in Greenfield waved to slow them down as they were driving way too fast and got a whole load of unprovoked verbal abuse for our trouble. They then sped off saying they didn't give a f%£k if they did run over the dog and nearly caught her again with the back wheels.Personally wouldn't let a guy with that attitude anywhere near my property.
